The location was ideal, just a short walk to the center of Edinburgh. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean and had all the necessary amenities. I especially appreciated having two bathrooms, made getting ready in the morning easy. The communication with the host was excellent and they were always readily available. The free parking was a bonus and we had no trouble finding a spot. I highly recommend staying at Jacobs Apartment for a comfortable and convenient stay in Edinburgh.

It's situated around 4-6 minutes' walk from the bar. Located 400 metres away, bar The Mash Tun is great place to unwind. I always return to this place for my stay. The staff gave me water at night once, which was kind. It has everything I need: Wi-Fi, car park, kettle, kitchen utensils, TV, lift. No pets or smoking. I'll be back for another holiday.

The room was clean and well-equipped, with comfortable beds and fast WiFi. The location was convenient, with plenty of shops nearby and easy access to the city centre. We had an very nice stay at Jacobs Apartment. The apartment was beautifully clean and had all the facilities we needed. The comfortable beds ensured a good night's sleep, and the fast WiFi kept us connected. The location was great, with plenty of shops nearby and a short walk to the city center. Free parking was a bonus. The host was very helpful and easily reachable. we had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this apartment to others.

The living room in the apartment was spacious and comfortable, with a sofa and a flat-screen TV. One evening, as I lounged on the couch, I couldn't help but feel like I was in my own personal screening room, enjoying a movie night in the most luxurious way.

Loved the cozy living room with a super comfy sofa and a big flat-screen TV. Perfect for quality family time! The two bathrooms were a lifesaver, especially the one with the bathtub and hairdryer. No more fighting over who gets to shower first. Some units even have a seating area and a balcony, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The kids loved playing out there!

Personally, I wasn't a huge fan of the balcony. It was a bit too small for my liking.

The property had a balcony with great city views, perfect for people-watching and enjoying a cup of tea. The parking was free, so I didn't have to worry about finding a spot for my fancy car.

Everything is what I need and want.

Jacobs Apartment was truly a delight. the host was incredibly welcoming and made sure every detail was taken care of, including leaving milk and real coffee for us. the apartment itself was beautifully clean and well set up, with little extras that made our stay even more enjoyable. It was also conveniently located just a short walk from Leith Walk and the Edinburgh Playhouse. I would highly recommend staying here for your visit to Edinburgh. Cons: It was all superb! 😊.

Great location off Leith Walk, close to shops and within walking distance to the city center. Good communication from the host, clean apartment with good cooking facilities. Felt safe and secure. Bonus of free parking available.
